How long should I expect to wait for packages during the holidays?

During the holiday season, November 1st through December 25th, all orders will take extra time to process and expect shipping delays from the post office due to the high volume of Holiday packages.

If you place your order after December 1st, we cannot guarantee that your package will make it to you before Christmas Day due to the heavy Christmas traffic for packages. This delay is especially true for international orders (for more information on international delivery time and delays, please see below.)

Your package will have a higher chance of being delivered on time if you choose the UPS shipping option. 


 Do you offer in-store pick up? 

Yes, for local customers and customers that are just passing through, you're given the option to pick up your order instead of shipping it. 
To make a pick up order, put the items in your cart like normal and go to the cart screen. At the bottom right of the screen, click the button that says "PICKUP IN STORE". 

You will be prompted to select a date and time of pickup, and put in some contact information. After that, it will take you through the normal check out screen (do not change the address, that's where you will be picking it up from), then it will take you to billing to input the billing address and your card information.

After you check out, you will receive a download file giving instructions on how to pick up the order.  
If you place your order after 1pm, you will not be able to pick up your order on the same day.
Please honor the time that you chose to pick up. If you arrive early, there is no guarantee that we will have it ready. If you are late, we will only hold your order for 24 hours.

If you are unable to pick up your order by the scheduled date and time, please call or email in advance. We will hold your order for 24 hours. After 24 hours, we will issue a refund for the order.


How can I find out how much SHIPPING will cost?

Shipping is determined by how much UnspeakableGaming merch you order (the size and weight) and where you live.  

If you go online to UNSPEAKABLE.COM and select the items you want, then it will take you to filling out your information/address, then it will take you to shipping. Here, you can see what it costs to ship your purchase.

If you are International, it is recommended that you pay the extra fees for Priority Mail International because your package will go through Customs faster and get to you faster than First Class Mail International.  Priority packages always ship before First Class. Customs fees are also not included in the shipping cost for international orders. For more information about this, see What do I need to know if I am an International Customer? 

You can continue and pay for your items or you can stop here if the shipping is too much. You will receive an automated email saying you have items in your cart but you don’t have to do anything about it. You can delete your cart or you can leave it for a later time.


I placed an order. When will I get it?

Most orders are processed the same day unless they are placed after noon, or if there is a sale. 

All orders placed after noon on Friday (US Central Time) will not be processed until the following Monday. 

All packages are shipped through USPS or UPS.  Once your order has been processed, you will get an automated email with your tracking number.  You can go to USPS.COM or UPS.COM and click on tracking and enter your tracking number and you can watch your package as it travels to you. 

Please keep in mind that when you check out, they are giving you an estimated delivery day: weather or other issues might delay the delivery date. The estimated date is not guaranteed by the Post Office or Unspeakable.  

It may take 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY-FRIDAY) for your package to leave our office. After it has left our office,  if you are using First Class Shipping, it may take 3-10 business days to arrive to your location if you are in the United States.  Keep in mind that the volume of packages during the holidays may cause a delay, not only in our office, but also at the Post Office, as we/they are working overtime to send all the packages. 

If you want your package quicker, you must select "priority mail shipping" OR "priority express mail shipping."  These 2 types of packages are shipped before the First Class Packages at the Post Office and they can ship anywhere from 3-5 days.  If you are located outside of the United States, you are considered International. This means your package can take 10-21 business days to arrive after it has left our office for most countries. (see International Packages FAQ)  Please be patient during the holidays while we fill your order, especially if there is a sale.  Thank you for your patience! 


I placed an order and never got a confirmation that my order was shipped or a tracking number, what do I do?

First, please give us 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday) to process your order, especially if you place your order during a sale/holiday, or if you placed the order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.  After this amount of time has passed, check your email that you made your order under and make sure the email address is correct.  If the email address is correct, please check your junk/spam mail.   If you still have questions, please contact our customer service at UnspeakableMerch@gmail.com.

How do I wash my Unspeakable Merchandise?

It is best if you wash your Merchandise in cold water.  It will also last longer and not shrink if you hang the items to dry instead of putting them in the dryer.  If you do dry them, the best setting is delicates or low/warm heat cycle, but we cannot guarantee that they won't shrink if you use the dryer.


How do I find the size chart?

Because every brand is different, each product has it’s own size chart. To find it, click on which product you would like and scroll to the very last image.

The measurements on the chart are measurements of our products, not what size child it would fit. For example, if a product measure 30” in the chest and your child measures 29”-30” in the chest, you would need the next size up.


Do you offer returns?

We offer returns only if your UnspeakableGaming merch doesn't fit correctly, or you ordered the wrong size.  We do not accept returns/exchanges that have already been worn, washed, or dirty.  If the merchandise cannot be resold due to smell, pet dander or because it is dirty, we will not accept the return. 

You have thirty (30) days to return or exchange your merchandise. If you request a return or exchange and it has been 30 days since the date that the package was delivered, or the package is not sent back to be received by us before the 30 days, we will not accept it. 

To return your package, please send it to the address below. After we have received your package we will either issue a refund (if you have already made another order to replace the one you are returning), or send out the size you want. Please also send us an email confirming your problem, and letting us know to ship out your new size or issue a full refund if you would like one, so that we will be watching for it.  Please include in the return package, your order number, and a printed copy of the email to us (if you made one) or instructions about the size for which you want to exchange. 

We can not exchange youth sizes to adult sizes and vice-versa. Instead, we will have to issue a refund the amount for the item once we receive it and you will have to place a new order for the correct size. 

Items MUST be returned in unused condition. Hats must be returned with the tag(s) attached and the sticker on the front of the bill, if applicable. Products that do not meet these requirements will be unable to be exchanged, and we will no longer accept returns or refunds from you in the future. 

We do not accept exchanges for different brands due to the price difference of the different brands that we carry. 

We do not accept exchanges for: Toys, pencils, pens, wristbands, snapback hats, chasecraft beta shirts, plush toys, lamps, sunglasses, keychains, pop sockets, lanyards, woopie cushions, buttons, slime, pencil bags, sticky notes, etc.. 

Please keep in mind that you will have to pay for shipping to us if you are returning the product because you ordered the wrong size or the wrong color.

What do I do if I receive a damaged package? 

If you receive your package and the box/package has clearly been damaged (crushed, torn/ripped, etc.,) please take a photo of the package before opening. Check your merchandise for damage. If any piece of merchandise is damaged, please take a photo and send the photo of the merchandise and the photo of the package to our customer support email. 

Please keep the damaged package and the damaged merchandise until you hear back from us.

All damage must be reported with in 48 HOURS of delivery date. If you wait longer than 48 hours, we will not be able to replace damaged merchandise. 


Can I change my order after I placed it? 

You can if we haven't shipped your UnspeakableGaming product yet.  Email our support email as quickly as possible and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.  

We cannot edit orders within the system. If your order has not been shipped, you will receive a full refund for your order, and will be asked to make a new order for the correct size/color/item, etc.. 

If your order has already been shipped, you would have to do the return process discussed above.


What do I do if my package is sent back to you? 

If your package has been sent back to us for any reason, including but not limited to, the wrong address was provided, the package was not claimed, you did not pay customs fees, etc., we will refund the amount of the merchandise once it has arrived back at our warehouse. Shipping will not be refunded. 

After we refund it, you can place a new order if you'd still like the merchandise. 


Is Unspeakable's Merchandise sold anywhere else?

No. UnspeakableGaming's Merch is only sold on www.unspeakable.com (this website).


The item I want is out of stock, when can I expect it to be back in stock? 

If a piece of UnspeakableGaming merch is out of stock, you can expect it to take anywhere from 7-14 business days depending on availability for it to come back into stock! 

Seasonal items and other items may be discontinued, which means we will not be getting anymore in stock. You can reach out to us at unspeakablemerch@gmail.com for any questions regarding availability and re-stock. 


Why is only First Class Shipping, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express through USPS (United States Parcel Service) offered and what do they mean? (for US customers only)

We have done our research and the cheapest way to ship is with USPS (United States Parcel Service).  For each order, the shipping is based on the weight and size; this enables us to have the cheapest shipping available. 

First Class Shipping is the cheapest but also the slowest and your package may arrive in 7-10 days after it is fulfilled, depending on where you live and how long it spends in Customs.  Priority Mail gives you a tracking number and you should receive it in 3-7 days after it is fulfilled not including time in Customs.  Priority Mail Express (the fastest) gives you a tracking number and you should receive it in 2-5 days after it is fulfilled, not including time in Customs.  Please give us 2-3 days to fulfill your order after it has been placed, especially on the weekends and during the Holidays.


I am an International Customer. How do I know that you ship to my Country?

The following countries that the United States will not ship to include: Iran, Sudan, Syria, and North Korea.  Embargo policies change each year, so Iraq and Cuba are also included in this list.

We will try to ship UnspeakableGaming merch to other countries; however, politics change daily, so you can contact your local Customs office if you are unsure and ask if they accept clothing (not to be resold) from the US. 

We had to discontinue delivering to some countries due to their inability to deliver orders and the frequency with which they were lost. These countries currently include: South Africa, African countries, South Korea, Indonesia, India, Phillipines, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates. 

If you try to check out and your country is not listed or it won't accept your address, you may contact customer service at UnspeakableMerch@gmail.com and they can look up your country. They can also tell you if we would consider adding you to our shipping list.


What do I need to know if I am an International Customer?

We are located in Texas in the United States.  If you are outside of the United States, you are an International package.  Estimated delivery time for international packages does not include the time that packages take to go through customs.

Please be aware that every country is different and some countries will charge an addition customs, duty charge, fee, or tax to receive your package.  This is in addition to the shipping that you paid when you checked out.  We do not add a Customs Fee/Tax to your order when you check out because most of the time this fee/tax is not charged. 

Most countries pick packages at random and you never know if your package will be picked.  If Customs is holding your package, they will send/leave you a pick up slip.  If you do not go pay the Customs Duty within a few weeks, they will send the package back to us.  We are sorry, but we have no control over whether or not your package will be charged a Customs/Duty fee and we cannot refund a customs or duty tax.

If you are concerned about having to pay a Customs/Duty fee, please contact your local Customs office/post office before ordering and ask if a package from the US that is clothing (which won't be resold) will be charged a customs tax, duty charge, or fee. 


Unspeakable.com is based in the US, therefore ALL prices are in USD. Once you checkout, your bank will automatically pull out the converted amount from your account. 

If you would like to know what you will be paying after the conversion, you can use Google to find a currency converter to convert USD to the currency in your country. 


How long will it take for my International Package to be Delivered?

Most International Packages take anywhere from 10-21 business days (Monday-Friday) to be delivered using First Class International Shipping; however, some countries take 2 months or more if you use First Class International. 

First Class International DOES NOT guarantee a tracking number for your package.

It is recommended that international customers use Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International to ensure that they get a tracking number and a faster delivery. Both of these shipping methods usually go through the customs process at a faster rate.

If you want faster shipping and a guaranteed tracking number that shows you where your package is at any given time, you must select Priority Express Mail International (fastest is 2-5 business days) or Priority Mail International (5-10 business days) as the shipping option.

However, keep in mind, even if you pay extra for the Priority Shipping, if your package is being looked at closely by Customs, it could take 2 weeks or more just to get through the Customs process.  Some countries look at every package and this means your delivery time could be 2 months or more. We are sorry about the delay in your merchandise.  We want to ship Internationally to our Unspeakable Fans, but we cannot control the Customs Process in other countries.   


Holidays the office is closed

  • December 31st and January 1st - New Year's Eve and New Year’s Day

Orders placed after noon on December 30th will not be processed until January 2nd

  • Monday January 20th - Martin Luther King Jr. Day 

Orders placed after noon on Friday will not be filled until the following Tuesday. 

  • Good Friday / The Friday before Easter Sunday

Orders placed after noon on the Thursday before Good Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

  • Memorial Day / The last Monday in May

Orders placed after noon on the Friday before Memorial Day will not be processed until the following Tuesday.

  • July 4th - Independence Day

Orders placed after noon on July 3rd will not be processed until July 5th.

  • Labor Day / The first Monday in September

Orders placed after noon on the Friday before Labor Day will not be processed until the following Tuesday.

  • Columbus Day / The second Monday in October

Orders placed after noon on the Friday before Columbus Day will not be processed until the following Tuesday. 

  • Thanksgiving / The fourth Thursday in November

Orders placed after noon on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving will not be processed until the following Friday.

  • December 24th - 26th – Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the Day after Christmas

Orders placed after noon on the 23rd will not be processed until the 28th.



Please give us 1-5 days to fulfill your order after it has been placed, especially on the weekends and during the Holidays.
